Important Announcements:

Woodbury Grammar School Awarded $5000 AAA Academic Enrichment Grant

Woodbury Grammar School principal, Ms. Emily Hancock, received confirmation on Friday, December 4th, that WGS was awarded an Academic Enrichment Grant from AAA-The Auto Club Group in the amount of $5000.

Money from this grant will be used to purchase 18 new Dell Chromebooks with protective cases. This purchase will give teachers, who are quarantined at home due to Covid-19, the devices necessary to continue to serve students and their families.

The Covid-19 pandemic has made it more challenging than ever to meet the needs of our diverse student population at WGS. AAA created the 2020 Academic Enrichment Grant to help schools, like WGS, acquire the tools necessary to meet today’s classroom challenges.

Woodbury Grammar School principal Ms. Emily Hancock stated, “I’m so excited for our teachers to have the opportunity for personal Chromebooks to make virtual teaching a little more practical for them during these times.”
