Greg Mitchell
Greg Mitchel was elected County Executive in 2022. Mitchell and his wife Nora have been married for 30 years and are the parents of three children, Ana, Monica, and Joe. They have six grandchildren. He is the son of Joe and Sue Mitchell. Greg was born and raised in Woodbury, TN. He graduated from Cannon County High school. The Mitchell family resides in the Woodland Community. Greg has served on the Cannon County Commission for the last 13 years and has been the Commission Chairman since 2019. He also serves as pastor of Center Hill Baptist Church.
